Upon termination as a faculty, staff, or student of the University, or upon termination of the license agreement, you are required and agree to REMOVE/DELETE all software downloaded to your personal notebook and/or desktop computer that originated from the Case Software Center.
They are valid for as long as you remain an active faculty, staff or student of the university AND the license agreement between Case and specific Software Vendor remains in effect. Software packages contained within the Case Software Center are provided for the sole use of ACTIVE faculty, staff and students of Case Western Reserve University. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you may not use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA and that of any individual EULA contained within for which you download, copy, or otherwise use software. This Case End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Case Western Reserve University for the software product(s) included within, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").
